If the company in question liked your responses to the pre-screen questions and your Video Q&A, you will be moved to the References stage. This is the third stage of our recruitment process, and it's where the company will review your references.
If you have not yet entered the details of your referees, you will need to do so now. When you enter in your referees' details, they will receive an email from us, asking to add a written reference for you on our platform. This reference will then live on your profile permanently.
