Team Management

Click on the ‘Team Management’ tab to view the ‘cards’ of all of your team members. From here, you will be able to see their photo, name, job title, and ‘About me’ description – in addition to being able to access their ‘Payments Settings’.

Whoever creates the initial company profile on Growmotely’s platform will be able to select which access settings are assigned to each team member in your company. (Please note that you can add team members here that you hired outside of Growmotely’s platform.)

There are three different access settings that can be assigned to team members:

  1. LEADER – A team member with ‘Leader’ access can post jobs and recruit people.
  2. PAYROLL – A team member with ‘Payroll’ access can access information and execute tasks related to payroll.
  3. PAYROLL / LEADER – A team member with ‘Payroll / Leader’ access can post jobs, recruit people, and also access information and execute tasks related to payroll.

     

When you click on the green ‘Payments Settings’ button – which is at the bottom of each team member’s ‘card’ – you will be taken to their ‘Team Member Details’ page.



Features of the ‘Team Member Details’ page:

  • Profile data --> upper left-hand section of this view

This section shows a snapshot of the team member’s profile. You will be able to see when the team member started at your company (in the Date Hired field), the City in which the person is based, a URL to their LinkedIn page (if they have one), and their Job Type (e.g. Full-Time or Part-Time).

  • Leave Requests --> bottom left-hand section of this view

You will see here if your team member has submitted a request for leave. (If they have, you will also be sent an email notifying you of this.) If you see a request, click on it. In the window that comes up, you will be able to select ‘Approve’ or ‘Deny’. If you click the ‘View History’ button that is in this section, you will be taken to a page that will show all of the cumulative leave that this person has taken since they were hired at your company.

  • Paystubs --> middle section of this view

Here you will be able to view each paystub that this team member has received since they started working at your company.

  • Fees --> upper right-hand section of this view

This section highlights four different figures related to the fees that you are paying for this team member.

Usual Monthly Fee = This is the total amount that your company pays for this team member each month.

Adjusted Monthly Fee = If you would like to pay a team member an amount other than their Usual Monthly Fee (for any number of reasons) you can enter that adjusted number into this field. This adjusted sum will overwrite the Usual Monthly Fee in the next pay cycle.

Total Fees Paid This Year = This is the total amount of money that you have paid for this team member thus far in the calendar year.

Annualized Monthly Fee = This is the amount of money that you will pay for this team member in the course of one year.

  • Job Details --> bottom right-hand section of this view

This section showcases a number of key details about the team member’s job: the name of their position, the person’s Start Date, their Monthly Fee, the Flexibility Level of the role (e.g. Fully-flexible hours) and the Engagement Type (e.g. Part Time).
