Once you enlist the services of professionals, they become members of your team and their profiles are added to your dashboard. Here are the steps to effectively manage their contracts.
At Growmotely, we understand that as your professionals gain more skills and move to different departments, their roles may change, and their monthly fees may also change, either increasing or decreasing. This article will provide you with guidance on how to update job details and monthly fees for your team members on our platform.Here's how to edit your Contracted Monthly Fee
To Update the job details of your professional:
- Log in to your Growmotely account, make sure you are looking at your dashboard, and then click the Team Management tab
- Click Payments Settings under the name of the team member you'd like to edit.
- Click the pencil next to the Job Details tab on the right ribbon
- It opens up the Job Details section where you get to edit :
Contracted Monthly Fee, Job Details, and Engagement Dates.
- Navigate to the Job Details section, and click edit to fill in the position, flexibility level, and engagement type.
→ Fully flexible: This flex level means that the professional is free to manage her working hours, and work at the time of day that best suits her.
→ Partially flexible: This flex level means that the professional would sometimes be required to work during specified hours designated by the company.
→ Fixed hours: This flex level means that the professional's working hours would need to be fully aligned with the company's working hours.
→ Engagement type: Indicate whether you are hiring for a full-time or part-time position.
To edit the Engagement Dates, navigate to the Engagement Dates section, click to edit the start date, pick the date on the calendar, and click confirm.
If you'd like to terminate a contract, click to edit the termination date, pick the date on the calendar, and click confirm.
